Shipping & Handling

All orders are confirmed via email and prepared for shipment the following business day. All orders for humidifiers and parts are shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga ON. Orders being shipped to the USA will be shipped best-way - a tracking number may not be available for all shipments. Orders being shipped to Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery is generally 5 to 10 business days. A shipping and handling charge applies to all orders.

A shipping confirmation email is sent once the goods have been shipped, tracking information is provided to allow you to monitor progress of your shipment with the carrier. For shipments to PO boxes, Alaska, Nunavut, North West Territories, Yukon, please contact us toll free at 905-795-8031 on any business day between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time).

Refunds & Returns

To return any unused item for refund within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and an explanation of shipping requirements. Goods shipped without an RGA will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs and all returns are subject to inspection and damage adjustment before credit is issued. We recommend buying insurance in case of accidental shipping damage.

Taxes & Duties

All shipments to the USA are shipped free of tax. Duties and brokerage charges are paid for by DSEP Brands. Residents of Ontario will be charged 13% HST. All Canadian orders shipped to destinations outside Ontario will be charged the current federal rate as required by law.
